Happy New Year

Happy New Year everyone! Not really sure what will happen in 2007. Hopefully something great like world peace or something. Technologically, we're supposed to get some cool devices like new ipods with wireless capability and touchscreen, ipod cellphones and pda phones, and new laser TVs to replace plasma TVs at a much cheaper price. I also wouldn't be surprised if Apple releases new laptops and desktops for '07. I don't have a New Year's resolution, so I won't be breaking it either. I hope to be more successful and learn many, many new things. Maybe I can finally develop something new and useful for the human race instead of doing useless nomadic things with my life. So, happy New Year and here's to a more focused year and incredibly new things in a new year of life!

Nintendo Wii

Over the holidays, I had the chance to play and watch the Nintendo Wii game system. Let me tell you, this is the best video game system ever made! How can I make such a bold statement? First of all, the graphics are incredible. Second, the interactivity in the gameplay is incredible. I played and lost the boxing game and by the time I was finished, I was dripping with sweat. Can you say workout? Finally, I can play games and get good exercise at the same time. My wife even wants me to have a Nintendo Wii and she does not like video games, that's how good it is. She is going to buy one for me after they release the next version with DVD play next year. I cannot wait to get my hands on this game system. I almost wish I had waited in line with the people who got it when it first came out. The games that come with the system are bowling, boxing, tennis, and baseball. After I get a Wii, I'll be buying a football game, preferably NCAA Football.

Online Coupons

I love to shop online especially during this time of year when school is out and people are shopping like crazy at the mall. I don't want to wait in traffic most the time to get a few items. I would much rather let the things I want come to me in the mail, especially when I do not need the items right away. I feel the best place to shop for electronics is BestBuy. They have all the best deals on electronics. Just when I thought that was good enough, I found promotion codes for BestBuy and other online stores at With their coupon codes I usually save at least 10% on all my purchases, that's like getting stuff tax free. If you are like me, you like to save money. Because I like to save money, I also like to spend money, but wisely.

JVC GR-D347u Camcorder

This Christmas I received many presents. One present I bought myself. I bought a JVC GR-D347u DV Camcorder from Wal-mart. My digital camera that I paid $200 for about 3 years ago died on me, so I needed a new camera. I decided to search for a digital camcorder so I could record video and save it to my computer and maybe even make a DVD. I wasn't sure what kind of camcorder I wanted, because there are so many good options from Sony, Cannon, and JVC to Hitachi and many others. I think Sony's supposed to be the best, but the price is too high for me at $500- $600. I decided since I hadn't operated a camcorder since the old ones that weigh down on your shoulder and use VHS tapes, I'd better get one for a beginner, since I never owned a camcorder. So far, I really like this camera and hope to do some good videos with the help of my friends and post them on YouTube. I also need to find a good program to edit videos so I can create a more professional look.

My PPP Christmas

I am using my PayPerPost money to buy my Mom's Christmas presents this year. So far I have earned $149 and I still do not use PayPerPost everyday. I bought my mom some gifts from She loves their stuff, so she is going to have a Merry Christmas this year. The gifts I bought her only cost $49 with shipping and handling so the rest of the money I make is mine to spend. I am trying to save money for a digital video camcorder so I can take on more PayPerPost opportunities. My old digital camera stopped working (Kodak is not reliable). I am so glad that companies love to advertise on blogs. Oh, and thank God for PayPerPost!

I've noticed lately that MTV's shows are airing more racial slurs that they must feel will get them better ratings. I do not think that airing the use of the N# word is a way to get better ratings. If I were running a TV channel, I would have that completely taken out of any reality shows. I do not think censoring it is good enough. Ethnic slurs and racially derogatory comments should not be tolerated or aired in today's society. Please MTV, don't worry about pimping my ride, try improving society for once.

Netflix is a better way for me to look for dvd rentals and saves me gas money. The way is works is; you go to and sign up for 20 bucks a month plus tax. You peruse the listings of movies for rent and click right there on the big red RENT button. It goes into a queue and Netflix sends them in the US Postal mail. They send out 3 movies and when you are done watching those, you'll get the next 3 movies in your queue according to your priority that you set. Under the $20 plan, you're allowed 3 movies out at any time. You can add as many movies to the queue as you want. You can also change the priority of the movies. Let's say you have 1. Monsters Inc, 2. Shrek and 3. My Big Fat Greek Wedding in the queue and you see a new movie come out that you just can't wait for. It's pretty easy to just logon to your account and give it top priority to get to you faster. If you get a dvd that is cracked or does not play correctly, you just go on their site and mark it as damaged, send it back to them, and they send you a replacement. I love it when movies come to me.

American Culture

What is American Culture? Well, first of all, America is a mixture of all types of beautiful people, so it cannot be defined as a Euro-culture. If American culture is anything, it must be of a global, worldwide aspect. All cultures are united into one perfect culture. America is a representation of the human race; therefore, American culture is equated as Human culture, all things human. In this culture, human life is of the utmost importance and human equality is its persona. American culture is culture elite.

Me & My Ride

This is a video of me and my ride. I personally do not do Drag Racing, but it looks like a lot of fun. Speedtv has a drag racing contest called PINKS marathon on Nov 23, 2006. Racing is one of the best thrills in the world because it seems to slow your heartbeat and increase adrenaline. Racing for your pink slip is the ultimate thrill, because not only do you race to win, but you race for your ride. These guys must have plenty of money to take the risk of losing their rides or plenty of confidence that they will win. Well, tomorrow, Thanksgiving Day, the race is on!

Your Wii is out!

Yes that's right, the Nintendo Wii is out tomorrow. Will people fight over Nintendo's newest gaming system like they did the PS3. I wonder what it's worth on ebay. I just checked and right now it sells for about $700 on ebay, not as big as $3000 to $8000 for PS3 but it's a profit. I tried to stand in line for a Wii, but the line was already too long when I got there. I guess that was just my luck. I guess I'll have to wait until next year for a Wii.

Have you ever had to prepare a tutorial for how to do something on a computer? Have you ever tried to demonstrate your new software or website? If you have, you've probably taken dozens if not hundreds of screen shots, or screen captures, to show your audience what they should be doing - or how your project would look. But there are limitations. Unless you take a screenshot on every single button press or mouse click - there is a good chance that somebody is going to miss something. And, there are some things - like animations - that screen shots just do not do justice.

Tomorrow's the Big Day!

Good luck Chad, of on getting your PS3 tomorrow. I understand you're going to be in line with everyone else. I think I'll play it in the electronics department in Wal-mart for awhile.

Chad W. Smith

Chad W. Smith of is still on his diet, but how long will he last? Place your bets people, place your bets. Just an update, it seems he is till doing well on his diet. Maybe I should try it and see how much I can lose. I think he's on some low carb diet like Atkins but more gradual. Walk away the pounds seems to work well with gradual diets also. We'll see how it goes in a couple of months or so.

Nintendo WII

The new Nintendo WII is about to come out and they don't play dvds. The version that does play dvds is coming out next year. There are gonna be some disappointed consumers this Christmas.

In case you didn't know, the new MacBook Pro has been released! What's next Apple? Is it the cell phone? I hope so.

University of Tennessee

UT seems to be quite the football team this year. I hope the QB can keep his composure and take the SEC championship this year. Some blood is red but in Tennessee, our blood runs orange!

I'm still working towards mastering the Flash program. My progress seems a little slow, but I'm hoping to become an advanced user one day.

Apple Cell phone?

Will Apple release a cell phone? I saw a video on google video If Apple releases a phone like this, I will have to have it. I want an Apple pda phone with digital video camera and a huge display. The perfect pda phone.

It seems that as I get older, I cannot stay up as late and I get up earlier. Why is that?

I had a dream

I had a weird dream last night, and I don't usually remember dreams at all. It was about three big white guys at a tattoo parlor. Two of them already had their tattoos done and in color. The last one was on the table getting his done and he was in pain, while the others were yelling out of excitement. When he was done, I read the tattoo and it said "Blitzkrieg", but was not in color. Weird dream. I looked up that word, "blitzkrieg" and it is a German word for "lightning war" or "flash war". What could it mean? Will there be a flash war on the United States?

Online Coupons

I found this great website, They have the best coupons and online codes to save me money. Because of the high sales tax in my state, I basically get items tax free with these online codes and coupons. Here are some of my favorites stores that I shop both online and off:

Choose from the following anchor text: coupons, coupon codes, online coupons, promotion codes, etc.

Ipod Virus

I thought it was interesting that Apple's Ipods had a virus. They say it came from a Windows computer at the main plant. They also say that any antivirus program will get rid of the virus. I understand they had to have a Windows PC to test compatibility with a PC, but why didn't they get a Windows person to use it? If they had, the Windows person would have installed an antivirus program and there wouldn't be a problem.

The AFFL (American Fantasy Football League) is a great way to have fun playing fantasy football and to win some extra spending cash. You pay a little money to win big money. Why not play fantasy football to win cash?

Fantasy Football

Is television primarily a waste of time or is it actually educational? I guess it depends on what one watches on TV. I challenge everyone to watch TV to learn and not for entertainment for one day and see how it changes you.

Next Phone

What will my next phone be? My current phone is the Samsung I-730 . I get the opportunity to upgrade next year. I hope Verizon offers an even better phone by then, otherwise I guess I'll settle for the Samsung I-830 World phone.

If I haven't said it before, do not settle for anything less than a Honda. I own a '97 Honda Accord Ex and it is a great ride. Why spend alot of money on a car which depreciates in value and doesn't have a dependable engine? Get a Honda!

Business Trip

Today, I took a long trip to Chi town. Chicago is okay, but I don't think I would want to live here. It seems too industrial for me. I like places that have hills and mountains and beautiful scenery. I do like the technology in big cities, but I'd rather have the nice surroundings rather than nice technology.

Blog for Today

Seeing that no one really reads my blogs, I guess I can say anything. I wish this world was at peace instead of being at war. You know, love not hate. If only peace was obtained by everyone in their being simultaneously, then we could have peace.

Samsung I730 Upgrade

I found out Verizon Wireless released an update for the Samsung I-730 on their website and didn't even tell the customers. The ugrade is from Wimdows Mobile 2003 to Windows Mobile 5. My phone works so much better now. Before it would freeze up and it didn't come with any way to add ringers or pics to my phone book, but WM5 has it all. I am very pleased with the upgrade and I no longer feel left behind. Upgrading will delete all information on your device, so backup first. If you have a Samsung I-730 running Windows Mobile 2003 download this upgrade.

A1 Carpet Savers

I'm currently working on a website called Right now, it's only in VA, but hopefully it will become a nationwide service. Most people don't have time to clean their carpet, let alone vacuum. Why not let someone else do it for you?

Clean Day

Today was a great day to relax. One of my friends came by and I fixed his computer. I do not fix computers, but I do help my friends. His RAM was dirty. I cleaned it and the computer ran fine. Always keep your computer cool and clean.

Voice Over IP (VOIP) is the best way to save money on your phone bill and get all the phone features you want. I have SunRocket VOIP. I was going to get the widely advertised Vonage, but they do not have my area code available. Sunrocket only costs me $24.95 per month and I get unlimited long distance, caller id, call waiting, 3-way calling, voicemail, and music plays when I put people on hold. They now have new specials like $199 for the entire year and $9.99 per month for 200 anytime minutes and unlimited in calling and incoming calls. If you have not tried it yet, you should check out Sunrocket and start saving money today. Remember a high-speed internet connection is required, preferably cable.

Pay Per Post

This is a promotional video. I do not mind being paid for blogging. I wonder what else I could get paid for...

My Favorite TV Channel

Yeah, I know it's weird, but my favorite channel is Animal Planet. I like seeing animals in their habitat and not in mine.

The Hills

My wife loves to watch MTV. She especially likes the show, The Hills. These people have no concept of "real life". I think they should take the people from The Hills and put them in Compton. That would make for great reality tv.

Have you driven a Honda?

I have a 2.2 Liter 1997 Honda Accord Ex Sedan that I bought for $3000 from a friend. I have to replace a few things like shocks, EGR valve, and driver's side axle, but it's still a great car. I replaced the axle recently and my next task will be to replace the shocks for a smooth ride. I really like the 1994-1997 body style. It seems after those years Honda went nuts. First, they went for bigger, curvier body styles and now they are smaller and cheap looking. Someone at Honda needs to be fired. Let me create the body styles.

Me as a South Park Character

Yeah, that's me... problem?!

8 Versions of Windows Vista - but why?

There are going to be not 1, not 2, not even 3, but EIGHT freaking versions of Windows Vista, ranging from Vista Starter to Ultimate Vista (no, I'm not making that up). As if XP Home wasn't enough of a waste as it is!

Chad works really hard on this website. He has also generated alot of traffic. Someone should buy it from him.

Is it me or does television exist just to show the same shows over and over. What if there was a tv channel that never aired re-runs?

Nothing Much

Nothing much today. Bored.

Apple is the Best!

I personally plan to switch all my computers over from Windows to Apple since I can run everything on the new apple computers. Now if only I could fund the money to do so.

Open Source

In my opinion, most software online should be open source. We should have the freedom to develop programs and to use them.

Emulators are cool and people that make them are even cooler.

Sunrocket Rocks!

My friend Chad told me about an internet phone service called SunRocket so I ordered the service a week ago. I just received my SunRocket VOIP service with 2 new Uniden phones and everything works great! The SunRocket gadget connected easily to my modem and computer and I didn't have to wait for service. I really like the Uniden phones, always have. They have different ring tones and light up in Tennessee orange, Go Vols! Now, if I could only learn how to use a VCR.

The four letter word

I'm working today, fun stuff. trying to fix computer problems, etc., etc.

I'll type more later.
